Podiatry

Whether you’ve had an injury or developed a condition affecting the ankle or foot, the team of highly-experienced surgeons, physicians, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals at South Coast Specialty Surgery Center are committed to helping you achieve long-lasting pain relief through personalized treatment.

A few foot and ankle conditions we treat include bunions, Achilles tendon rupture, ankle arthritis, cavus foot, hallux rigidus, flat foot, and fractures. During an initial consultation, an orthopedic physician will evaluate your symptoms, ask questions about your medical history, and order necessary imaging tests. Depending on the results and the severity of your symptoms, the physician will create a personalized treatment plan designed to address the root cause of the condition and provide lasting pain relief.

Some patients may need to undergo outpatient surgery at the South Coast Specialty Surgery Center. Before surgery, patients will receive either local or general anesthesia. Once the surgery is complete, patients will receive follow up care to ensure full recovery.
